I have received the all-clear from my orthopedist to pursue all activity (and yes she knows what that means for me ;) )! Thank you to everyone who has helped me, encouraged me, and restrained me through this process. I am indebted and grateful. This video was taken about 3 weeks ago, my first handstand post surgery which I was not technically supposed to do so I didnt share it :). Now I can get back to my training in an intelligent way. Thank you again to everyone! The human bodys capacity for healing is astounding.
