I have recently upgraded my organization and distributed some - TopicsExpress

I have recently upgraded my organization and distributed some weight. I know this topic will seem to defy anything minimalistic, but I have made the three bag rule (per person)... Wait wait, come back minimalists!... Each of these three bags will be multi used and can be carried on the go easily if moving and not all of them will be full to the brim...! You can also customize the size of each as well. Bag 1: Your PM Pack / Day(’s) Pack - This is the main bag of choice I’d say which could be used for hiking, traveling on plane for an extended period of time, camping, and hold similar needs which would be found in a bug out bag (a bag which holds three days of necessities for survival which is recommended by the government to have). Right now I use the Pixel pack (22gal) which was made for technology as my bag of choice and added some go packs on the straps. (You can take a look at any of the bags on my Amazon link in the post below.) Bag 2: Cooler / Lunch Bag - This bag would be an additional bag which could hold three days of food (and some drinks) with you which could either be used for additional camping food for a group, a sporadic picnic on a nice warm day, your beach food, your car kit, or your stay in place survival food. You could also go light and use it as intended as your lunch bag too. Bag 3: Career Bag - This would be a bag designed for your field of trade or work. A plumber and electrician have their own type of bags, a computer tech or networker could very well have a back pack like my daypack to store all their components in, and I personally use a briefcase to work at my school. I am limited on the items I could take in a public school setting, and my bag isn’t “weird” looking to catch attention but still is tactical in the inside with kits in it. This approach grants you with organization, additional EMPTY space to juggle around during occasions, and still be professional at your job. ...Did I forget to tell you that each family / village should have an additional two ‘stationary’ bags as well? *Sigh* COME BACK!!! Family Bag 1: “Professional” First Aid Kit (to the extent of your first aid training + some need to take classes for) - I know you’ll have a first aid pocket pouch in your backpack. However, if you were Jack or Jill going up the hill and one of them did a Humpty Dumpty, or had a saw meet your other hand, that kit isn’t really going to do it. This kit should have the more advance gear such as SAM Splints, CELOX, Tourniquets, and additional medications. I have a moderately large bag since I know much first aid. I also personally don’t have basic health coverage anymore (just hospital), so I also think of it like an insurance for most cases beside surgery needed things. Family Bag 2: Tool Kit / Bag - Now if your career bag is full to the rim with tools as a handyman, well I guess you don’t actually need this bag! Other than that, a good quantity of well made tools could make your life easier having to fix stuff around your living place. Unfortunately things break that need fixing, and if you don’t have the right tools on hand, the task could be difficult or impossible. Then you’d need to hire someone and spend more money than you need sometimes. Too bad we can’t minimalize everything effectively. I rather save the money than a bit of space.
