Many homes were boarded up or torned down. Crime rates in the city has escelated to rank #11 in the nation in violents crime. The only question that I could asked myself was, "What happen to this city?" Nevertheless, I did manage to go over to Canada and view Niagra Falls from the Canadian side. It was beautiful as always.
