I have reviewed the newest data coming in this evening and the forecast is on track. I still expect mostly rain, but windy and cold conditions will move in Sunday. The rain will change to some wet snow across the north late Monday morning into the afternoon. I would not be surprised to see a few counties placed under a winter weather advisory up north. I will not rule out a few flakes further south into central Arkansas. Ill have a comprehensive look at the entire situation on Channel 7 News at 10
