I have seen a lot of posts asking if I think retailers should be open on Thanksgiving Day. What some people dont understand is that there are many people who would love working on a holiday so that they can get paid time and a half. I would hate to see petitions circulated encouraging stores to allow their families to spend Thanksgiving together. Let employers and employees make their own decisions and leave the decision as to whether or not you shop on that day be a personal one. Thats my opinion and Im sticking to it.
