I have seen comments on everything from incorrect grammar to how I sing and perform . The shows are all different , audiences and environments are all different. The last 5 shows for example I performed with a 1 inch gash in my right foot that affected my footing its still healing . Some stages and buildings are wood some stages are concrete . Wood is best for sound and performance . As for singing songs exactly like the albums I doubt that will ever happen as all the ad libs where spontaneous in the recordings . We are not that kind of band who strive for note perfection we go for feeling , we thrive in the chaos beauty and disorder of the moment . We are not machines . Thats not why we started performing . Sometimes we can be crass , base and vulgar , other moments can be beatific and transcendent . The music is played live no pre recordings no lip synch ... So if you are coming expecting to hear a note for note rendition of a recording save your money and stay at home and listen to the albums.. For those that do come you shall experience a live performance you shall witness an event that will happen once and once only . Word of advice if you want to get the best aural experience stand near the sound board . If you want your ears to bleed stand near the PA speakers , if you want to see fancy foot work get in front of me . Also depending on the stage configuration sometimes you will not get the best sound standing directly in front of the stage as the speakers project in a certain direction. Needless to say you can do as you wish , we shall vent our spleen and bleed through every pore . Looking forward to seeing you all soon +
