I have sent this complaint to the BBC after seeing their disgusting trailer . Please do the same The proposed transmission of the untold story of British whaling is grossly offensive and should be cancelled. The trailer had appalling sound bites speaking of pride in the industry and the crying sound the whales make when harpooned. You cannot imagine obviously the offense this is going to cause. Whaling is barbaric and thankfully unlawful in the vast majority of the modern world. There are conservation groups worldwide fighting this dreadful industry . Sea shepherds latest campaign against the slaughter of pilot whales in the Faroe Islands starts on June 1st. It beggars belief that you can class this as informative or entertaining . What next ? Gary glitter reliving his conquests with a posthumous guest appearance by jimmy Saville? A Concentration camp guards reunion? The world is a better place without whaling and the whalers . Have decency and humanity to let there untold story die with them and there story be consigned to history forever. Steve king
