I have served with plenty of good men in my decade of wearing this uniform but every day I put this uniform on I am remembered of the time I lost my three brothers, my friends. Every day I ask myself why wasn’t I with them why did the leadership decide to take the Forward Observers out of the platoons? Why did I have to take that radio transmission, write that battle rosters down? Why couldn’t I of been with my team the guys I spent a good 18 months training with? Be with the sames guys that saved my ass when I was point man and damn near got shot in the head. It’s a never ending battle within me. Some people ask me, why are you so angry all the time?
