I have several vintage style wooden totes (inspired by many great old wooden toolboxes like grandpa would have had!) that nobody seemed to know what to do with. So, I decided that I would give you a few ideas since we are often very visually inspired!! Basically, these roomy totes are great for holding ANYTHING! Try using one for holding everyday cooking items like cutting boards, oils, and whatever else you keep handy in the kitchen. I have one in my kitchen and it is so much easier to just pick up the tote and clean rather than moving everything individually. It also keeps my cutting boards from falling behind my stove! You could also use one in the bathroom for all your essential toiletries, or even just the basics like toilet paper! How about using one to create a hot chocolate station? Do you have guests coming for the holidays? Use a tote to make up a handy guest basket filled with pretty soaps, towels, and shampoo? Maybe fill one with some yummy baking for a friend?
