I have some pretty good news!! After a ton of effort on the manufacturing side of things, Helix Blades from Nick Maxwell Products (made by VBlades right here in the USA) are finally producing enough blades that we can open up and take new dealer inquiries from any local hobby shops and online store; and if you prefer, even factory direct customer ordering if you have special needs or projects (details below). In the past Ive chosen to use a couple select US and international dealers that I personally knew during the growing process until the time came that we could produce enough blades to take on more dealers (without any hiccups). Experience RC (which has been the most primary source for Helix), HeliDirect, FastLad, and RC Bits in Australia will still be your one stop shop online type shops carrying the blades, but I realize, just having select stores with blades does not fit everyones needs. In some cases without having a local dealer to purchase the blades from, it has been next to impossible (or too costly) to even attempt to get the blades. At the same time, it has become too much risk for packaging damage, and inefficient for me to distribute the blades to dealers myself; from Missouri->to our barn in Indiana-> to the dealer or customer. Also distributing myself has cut drastically into time that Id like to use to come out with more blade sizes, and other fun projects that I want to design/develop to bring to the heli market. In this case, Vblades will distribute the orders directly out of Missouri from this point on, as they have the setup and resources to do so in a much more efficient and safe manner. If you would like to inquire about becoming a Nick Maxwell Products Helix Blades dealer, simply email vblades96@yahoo and they will get you all setup and your orders out. If you have a special request or special project in which you have questions on the blades and/or their design, please contact nickmaxwellproducts@gmail. As a hobbiest, I am always wanting to hear how you may be able to use the Helix design to fit your needs and am totally open to cool new project ideas or tweaks to fit a different application. Since the blades are made in the US, and it is possible to make the blades in sets, we are more than happy to try to suit your needs. Anyone who is interested in having the blades at your local shop, please let them know about this new availability and info on becoming a dealer! Thank you very much to all those who have already given Helix a try and are currently using the blades, and I hope this helps get the product more available to people wanting to use the blades. It kills me to hear at an event that someone has wanted to try them, but they were out of reach. Here is the first step to try to solve that!!
