I have spent a portion this morning in deep prayer and heavy hearted for my fitness friend Mindy Lazecki. We all witnessed her move from BC Canada to Mexico where she patiently and constantly shared her excitement to begin the rest of forever with her beefcake, Christopher Lazecki …. a beautiful couple and a gorgeous wedding. My heartfelt and sincere condolences are being sent to Mindy and the entire family as Chris has returned home after a tragic motorcycle accident. Words hardly do a thing when left with the managing the void and ache losing a loved one leaves. I will continue to lift you up in prayer doll as you start the ever painful process of grieving. xo
