I have spoken to several of your staff for the past half a year or more regarding this issue of the creaking floor upstairs. No one has done anything about it and this has been going on for the past eight months since Ive been here. I had to resort to sleeping elsewhere outside of the Hesby because I cant fall asleep and kept being woken up as this goes on every single morning and night for every single hour and minute. Ive had enough of your staff ignoring the issues and complaints that the hesby residents ask to fix. Its not just me, I have heard other residences being ignored too. I dont believe that it is fair for me to have to go sleep somewhere else because I cant sleep in my own room that I paid for. I have many other clips of the same issue on different days and times too. It happens before i go to sleep, when im sleeping and in the morning waking me up and every half an hour in between. I will be claiming back all the rent Ive paid since Ive been here including all utilities and future charges until my contract ends. If youd like to avoid this situation being on the news and having my lawyers involved, you can reimburse these in a professional manner instead. Furthermore, I dont believe it is a livable place with the creaking noises going on and my lawyers will be talking to the City Council as Im sure it does not abide by the standards and requirements you have to follow as a condo building hence why all resco sold the building to you guys Equity Apts amongst several other reasons including nonresidents or other crazy people/thief or criminal, god knows what, breaking in to someones car and apartment and also residents you accept who cant afford to pay to live here and the police have to be involved to evict them as well as loud music playing and shaking the walls and floors of the building. On the other hand, ive asked for you guys to look at the security camera at the basement garage because someone stole my gold belt in the garage within 10 minutes of dropping it on the floor and yet nothing has been done either. This is ridiculous. Ive repeatedly asked nicely to fix these problems in the past and i have been so patient and no one has done anything about it. I dont think anyone going through this situation would ever be more patient than how I have been with you guys but now Ive had enough of this.
