I have studied The Law of Attraction & deliberately use it on a daily basis to create a life full of joy. Heres a reminder..... The Steps to the Law of Attraction #1) Ask- you do this all the time, every time you have a desire you are asking. You ask in your mind all the time. There are many tools you can use to focus on being clear about what you desire by writing, using visualization, creating manifestation boards, Power Point presentations etc. #2) Answer- this is the job of God/ The Universe As soon as you desire something God is orchestrating things in the Universe so that it is already created for you. #3) Receive- this is your job; you must emotionally become a match to your desires. In order for you to receive the wonderful things you desire, you must allow yourself to feel good. You must feel as happy as if you already have attracted what you would like to be, do or have. There are also many tools available for you to use to consciously become a match to what you would like such as EFT, scripting, many of the tools listed under step one. Just plain having fun makes you a match to what you desire. We all have the power to create exactly what we would like to be, do, or have in our lives. It really is simple, typically the things you desire are things that would feel good to you when you have them. If you pay attention to your feelings and allow yourself to feel good, then you will attract situations and outcomes that feel good. If you are negative and always focusing on the down side of things, your overall feelings are bad and you will attract outcomes and situations that match those bad feelings. When we have developed patterns of thinking that are primarily negative we need to learn news ways to change those old thoughts so we can change our lives. The good news is that YOU and YOU alone control your thoughts, no one else. When you allow yourself to feel better consistently throughout the day by reaching for better feeling thoughts, your life will change dramatically for the better. Pushing against anything - creates more of it! As Abraham says, what you resists, persists. So create a habit of appreciating the contrasts & focus on what you choose to enjoy. ❤️❤️
