I have studied this agreement. After in-depth analysis and study of the project of the treaty of free trade I can to say: 1. This agreement provides benefits to properly to put management of quality products and do them up to the level of international certification. 2. This free trade agreement does not prohibit to conduct other case and to have trade relations with other regions or countries. This agreement is made subject to the requirements of the International Trade Organization, which includes and Russia. 3. So, Russia interprets this agreement in its interest and their actions is directed to scare everyone and everywhere. Thus Russia wants that former republics of the USSR to continue be servants of the former regime. 4. This contract is even better for Russia, because all goods will be better.
