I have survived cooking my first family thanksgiving. What Ive - TopicsExpress

I have survived cooking my first family thanksgiving. What Ive learned: next time check ahead of time to make sure the oven hasnt randomly broken, keep in mind it takes almost equally the amount of time for the oil to heat up as it does for the bird to fry, and while chinet plates are sturdy they cannot stand up to the power of a can of jelled cranberries. The places I did succeed are spending the day day with what makes me the happiest in the world, my family. Oh and another win, tell everyone to bring wine and/or dessert when they ask what they can contribute.
