I have switched phone companies, so I am hoping my son is able to get through to me today. He has tried for 3 weeks now to call home from his basic training for military police in Missouri and my previous phone companies lines have been down every time. I want to thank Katie from Frontier for helping me with my switch and look forward to hearing my sons voice today. Zito Media you suck and I will never use your service again. I explained the situation to Zito and all the could say is sorry. Well I am the sorry one you lost 150.00 a month from us. Your lose my gain to have a great company that stands behind our military men and women. Frontier pushed up my turn on date just so I could talk to my son today. I cant wait to get your call Brandon Smith it has been far to long. Letters do not cut it for this mom I need to hear your voice and know you are ok. I love you!!
