I have taken on the Executive Director here at the CCSPCA to help the animals and to help the people help the animals. I do believe that the board members asked me to join the team because they want the positive change and knew I would not be caught up in the politics and will make the positive changes necessary to save every animal possible. I am not a puppet and never will be. I fight for the animals and people who help them. I will work with the board members diligently to accomplish all missions and goals. I learn from others and count on good people like you to help me. I do agree we need an open access shelter in Delaware County. I am also working with others to make that happen. Until then, I have to help the animals of Delaware County here, right? Can you all let the past be the past and step up now to help these animals? We need rescues to pull, we need volunteers, fosters, dog walkers, event helpers and much more. Things cannot change overnight, but we have to get started, right? No fighting, no vendettas, no personal agendas, no accusations. Just everyone working together as we look into the eyes and souls of these animals knowing we are doing the best we can.
