I have taken the ICE Bucket Challenge put to me by my leaders Ken Ng, Dominic Lee , Adrian Tan. I would like to take this opportunity to create the awareness and also to motivate all my leaders and salespersons to take on all challenges positively and overcome all obstacles as one united PropNex. The market may be challenging. But we need to stay united and focus. Focus on all positive energy to create new market. I am definitely positive because we are expecting more than 10,000 units of new projects in the pipeline. More HDB will be up for sales and more TOP projects up for rent.
