I have taken the positive cut out and placed it over the sheet music then I draw the outline and cut it out with a blade to fit perfectly like a puzzle. The tools for collage are simple depending how advanced you want to go. Now the whole background is ready to be glued to the canvas then the real fun begins. I will put a layer of Mod Podge matte finish then I can start combining painting and collage as one molding everything together. I will post more progress after this stage is complete.
