I have the original Templates that came with Expression Web and the web 4 product. Ive got a client that is looking for a static background while the site scrolls. The static background that I am referring to on smartpakequine is what appears as wheat grass on the right and left sides of the screen. Is there a feature that I can turn on and off regarding my wanting to do this? Im hoping I dont have to do a bunch of coding or completely start with a new template. Thank you for this consideration.
