I have the perfect solution to aid those deprived and under compensated College athletes that want to unionize to get more food money since they are apparently destitute and hungry. Take you Cell phone plan money and your Tattoo money and buy food. Go to class learn something that will keep you off welfare and appreciate the opportunity you have to earn a college degree doing something you love and at which you are presumably good. Make something other than a basketball players of yourself and recognize that over 50% of college graduates leave college with a huge student loan debt. Without the Scholarship how many student athletes would ever go to college. Appreciate that your University uses the athletic revenues to fund all non-revenue sports and builds venues in which you play. Need more??? Want to pay taxes on your scholarship, get docked when you dont show up to class, pay back your tuition when you dont graduate (by Contract), want to dissolve Title 9 advances since the Institution would have no obligation to equalize employee gender compensation or employment . The unintended consequences of Unionization are frightening! Random drug tests, state employee conduct requirements, SSN and Workmans comp contributions, etc.... Could there be some improvements and a reduction on restrictions? Yes!
