I have the simplest recipe in the world for baby back ribs, but my comment is really that, it used to be worth my time to sit next to Meg and Theresa and go over their ribs for scraps. Now, not so; those two have become expert rib eaters, and there’s precious little left for ole dad to pick over anymore. We had those ribs with a 2009 Mosel; at first it was too sweet for the salty pork, but as it opened up, it actually went quite well with the ribs as splashed, as they are, in olive oil. Go figure.
