I have thought about saying this for a couple days now. I have got to say that I am happy and honored to of seen Sabaton twice and plan on seeing them for a third time in 2015 and maybe/hopefully twice if they do another 2 US tours in the same year like they did this year. For me they are one of those bands I want to see every go around if possible. In my honest opinion, they are the best metal band since Iron Maiden. I believe for a modern metal band they are extremely well rounded and comparable to great bands in their own respect. Their style is power-metal with a big classic-metal influence. Combine this with some truly anthem like chorus style singing and chants they will have you pumping your fist like you didnt know was possible. And to top it off, if you are a history buff like myself, they are the perfect band. All lyrical themes are about various wars, notable people and battles of history.
