I have three herniated disks in my neck. I have been struggling with it all week. My massage therapist has been on vacation so I went to Ashley Dill, his partner at Skin Deep Studios yesterday for her to work on my neck. I walked out pain free and am pain free this morning. Ashley and Richard are very affordable and some think massage is a luxury. If you suffer from Chronic pain as my husband Rick and I both do, its a necessity.
