I have to admit that as my schedule gets busier & busier, sometimes my 3:20 AM rise & grind time for the gym is not always met (like this morning:). So when I need a little extra beauty sleep before meetings begin, my time at the gym needs to be efficient! I love combos so that I can target more body parts in a shorter amount of time.
