I have to ask a question here make more of a discussion out of this. PDGA rules say no Illegal drug use when playing tournaments. All to often I can smell Marijuana on a course. There is always talk about wanting to make this sport in the spot light lets grow the sport. Has anyone thought of taking the image of a bunch of dope smokers out of the sport( I know there are a lot that do not use it that plays to). Why is it that we cannot see that it hurts the sport. Should we not make this sport like others I hear used in agreements about paying Pro with Ams money? Never seen a Football with a pot leaf on it. If we want to grow a sport we as player everywhere have to stop using it on the course wait until you get home. I play with some friends in Ca when I am out that way and it is a race to get to the course before those that are smoking it get there to stay out of the smoke. the guys I play with all own their business and enjoy playing but will not support the sport do to going down to the course and seeing people smoke Marijuana on it. Just a thought
