I have to back up and let you know what happened my final day at Give Kids The World... Its time to wake up! Mommy is making breakfast for everyone while Daddy is getting suitcases out and opened up. While we eat our yummy breakfast Daddy and Mommy are carefully packing our stuff into suitcases. Mommy is checking under beds, in cabinets and in drawers to make sure that we have everything before we leave. Emily helps me get dressed while my brothers help Daddy load the car up. After a final walk-thru Daddy declares that we are checking out of our villa at Give Kids The World. Daddy stops at the Guest Services to let them know that we are leaving. They wish us well on our trip home. Daddy says we are going to do something special this afternoon but he isnt telling anyone. Hey, were at Walt Disney World! Are we going to see Mickey Mouse again Daddy? Mommy says no but we are going to see some very special people. Okay I like meeting new people. Daddy is parking the van and were on the monorail speeding away. This time we stop and get off at the #ContemporaryResort. Mommy and I take the elevator while everyone else takes the escalator to fourth floor. Mommy and Emily visit the gift shop to see if they can help Emily. Her brand new backpack is starting to tear and the nice young lady finds her a replacement one. Emily is happy and now she has a backpack for school. There are two people talking to Daddy. Mommy tells me that the lady is Miss Autumn from The Main Street Mouse and Mr.Drew. Miss Autumn helps Miss Michele run The Main Street Mouse. They talk to Daddy and Mommy about me, Disney and all sorts of other things. Daddy and Mommy took me out of my wheelchair so I got to crawl around and explore while they talked. Miss Autumn had neat pins for us that say The Main Street Mouse on them for us to wear. I keep taking mine and dropping it so Mommy says that shell take it for safe keeping. Thank you Miss Autumn for another wonderful Disney memory with you and Mr. Drew! Daddy is getting on to I4 and headed towards the airport. WOW look at all the traffic! The cars arent going fast and Mommy is on the phone trying to see what we should do since flight is supposed to leave at 5:23 pm and were stuck in traffic :-( The nice lady at Give Kids The World is helping Mommy and Daddy figure out what to do. Okay, here is what is going to happen. Since we cant make the airport we are driving home. Its a long drive so in a few hours, Daddy stops for the night in a town called Ocala. We get a room and theres even a bed waiting for me. Mommy puts all of us to bed and soon her and Daddy are fast asleep. Ill tell you about our road trip home tomorrow...
