I have to be honest and say my faith has been totally renewed in this iPhone. This sucka took a full plunge in a big gulp cup of water and was fully submerged for a few seconds. I did everything wrong afterwards: turned it on and off, dried it in rice (doesnt work), tried to charge it, etc. I finally read somewhere that I should dry it overnight in couscous which actually worked! I had a couple days of dead spots on the screen but now its fully functional! We may have a future, after all....
