I have to comment on an experience I have had with Amazon. Last week I ordered a case for Frans Kindle on my Amazon Prime account with free two day delivery. After four days and not receiving the order, I contacted Amazon. They responded back to me within a couple of hours and did the following for me: credited my account for the order, extended my Prime membership by one month, and gave me credit for one day shipping ($3.99) on a new order for a Kindle case. This is what I call excellent customer service.
