I have to congratulate an amazing woman on our team who has not only seen incredible results on her own journey with nutritional cleansing but has also empowered others to do the same. Yesterday Erin got up on stage in New Jersey in front of hundreds and shared her story with us. Celebrating was a must. :-) Such a joy to coach this lady from from fabulous to fierce..take the time to read Erins story. Shes made such an awesome transformation both inside & out. Im so incredibly proud of her. Let me start by saying it takes GUTS to post before and after shots! I always thought they were gimmicky and swore I would never do one but after what I have experienced in the past three months I would put this on a billboard if it meant I could empower someone else to find their way to health and happiness! Three months ago I found myself perpetually exhausted with wide spread body discomfort, poor digestion and I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. The most obvious result of introducing this nutritional rebalancing program into my life is that I have lost 23.4 lbs and 42.5 inches in 3 months. What this picture might not convey is how I have found a level of comfort in my own skin that I have not had since high school! With ease, I have shifted lifestyle habits and have eliminated my sugar and carb dance that dictated my days. I am back to running and have discovered a passion for yoga! Above all, I am a mom to a child with special needs and I now have the energy, patience and compassion to embrace every day as a gifted opportunity and see my glass as overflowing!
