I have to lose 30 pounds so Im cutting a lot of things. I also brought some celery and seltzer water to use instead of milk, juice, soda and the celery is to snack on with fewer consequences. I want to base my diet on oatmeal, salad or lentil/vegetable soup, and a small portion of salmon. I dont know if this is a good diet or not which is why I posted it so people could perhaps offer advice. All I know for sure is cutting sugar especially soda is key.
