I have to make this statement whether some agree with it or not. Most know that I am running for city council, should be no secret as I announced before any one else. I want anyone who supports me and/or anyone that will have the opportunity to vote for me in this next election, to be FULLY AWARE, I will never pick and choose which causes or initiatives I will support based on whether or not I may get a vote or lose a vote. It is very frustrating to continually be told that I need to be careful what I support and what I dont based on my political aspirations and how those decisions may or may not affect my goals. I will NEVER make a decision based on what will win me a VOTE, if you choose to vote for me do it because I fight for what I believe in, do it because I wear my heart on my sleeve but most importantly do it because you feel I would be the right person for the job. If you want an elected official who will smile and tell you want you would like to hear then by all means I encourage you to vote for who ever my opponents are. I will not sacrifice my beliefs or my passion to get elected to a seat, if I do that what would I be willing to sacrifice once I get it to keep it? I wont compromise my integrity and after the race is over, win or lose, I will hold my head up because I ran it the way I chose too. #RantOVER
