I have to say- 4 years ago today was the absolutely worst day of not just mine (but the whole Waag Familys) life! I will never be able to express the pain and torture we went through not just on the 5th but everyday since.! We lost Aaron.! Erics brothers are 2 of the most important people in his life. And mine too. Im blessed to get to be part of this amazing family.! That morning when I got the news, I knew our lives would NEVER be the same. And although time Does heal... and even though well never be the same, time can bring a sort of understanding. It truly has changed EVERY single moment of our lives.! And not 1 second goes by that Eric and I dont look at a situation and think what life would be like if Aaron were still here. We have come an amazing painful and hard path so far but we just keep taking the next step. We KNOW well get to see him again! And that hes not just watching and guiding us but our wonderful boys too. Aaron only got to be a part of Emma & Carters lives (and they were so lucky for that time they got!) but I beleive 100% that he had a hand in who Henry is today.! And he will be with us tomorrow when Simon is born! They REALLY wanted us to schedule our c-section for today. But Eric and I knew what a seriously amazing thing it would be to have something to look forward to! Sooo many painful memories and such a hard day can be looked at in a completely different way. I beleive things happen for a reason. And while making sure every detail is ready for the baby tmrw. I sure will be thinking about Aaron. But it wont be that awful call, itll be Aaron so stoked to look over us and see his new nephew born! Always on our minds and in our hearts! ~♡♡♡
