I have to say I have been trying to get musicians in our community to come together and support each other at venues. I myself have found it impossible to attend every function. The KOMC is intended to be a tool to help musicians work together and work with community businesses to help Kingston become a musical centre. Working together will help everyone in the long run. The 401concertseries prides itself on providing the musicians with a decent wage for their services. Musicians also receive unedited camera footage, sound track from the sound board and as much publicity as we can provide. All musicians are paid from the ticket sales. We only have one show per month and perhaps you may be one of the artists on our stage. We serve beer from the Mackinnon Brothers Brewery mackinnonbrewing/ , pizza from Tony’s Pizza and a selection of wine. Please support the musicians in our community by attending our shows.
