I have to say, I was apprehensive about building my own team of coaches. Then, as usual, a sign comes to push me into taking another leap. Several of you have reached out with kind words and a desire to do what Im doing. Its funny how you can doubt yourself at times and wonder if you can offer enough to others to help them pursue what you have. Ive been preparing and planning to make sure I can guide coaches to success by doing it for the RIGHT reasons....to help others by being a living example. Watch out for my upcoming Coach Apprenticeship Group. I plan on taking a very small group through a 30 Day training and inspirational journey. Ill be taking applications next week and selecting the motivated group that will build with me. Im getting excited just thinking about this! Looking back at where I started gives me chills :)
