I have to say, Im very self conscious about my weight. I couldnt tell you the last time I actually was in my acceptable BMI weight range. Its been over 20 years. So this has been a struggle of mine for a VERY long time and making this video and ultimately publishing it for EVERYONE on the INTERNET to see is a HUGE step for me. Its Sunday and Ive decided that since I am starting the 21 Day Fix program that I would shoot a really quick VIDEO . In the interest of being 100% TRANSPARENT with this CHALLENGE, I thought it would be best to jump on the scale and see just what it says I weigh.
