I have to say that Im not impressed with the rollout of the Amazon Echo or Fire Stick. These products should have been available at Christmas for Prime members. I would have proudly demod both to every guest that passed through the house over the holidays. And while I know pre-announcing and velvet roping a new innovation is the only way The Valley knows to launch product, its exclusionary and not customer friendly. Why is Amazon acting like Apple? As a prime customer, the whole invitation to purchase shtick feels horrid and is a missed opportunity to differentiate and delight with a more customer friendly practice.
