I have to say that i am fed up with all the boneheaded moves and comments about the Ferguson riots. the winners today in boneheaded comments and actions are Jay Nixon, governor of Missouri for pulling county PD out of the Ferguson area. real smart move asshole, that is going to only fuel the fire. and Claire McCaskill for saying our police are too militaristic. and for people who think that reporters were intimidated in Ferguson. lets set the record straight on that. McDonalds in that area was probably closing early due to all the trouble and the staff/management there more or less called officers to help clear out stragglers. HuffPo which is a so called journalistic organization only knows how to do one thing. Break laws they dont want to obey. 2ndly, i want to clear up the militaristic comment. The police are wearing RIOT GEAR, and this is what has been going on for now 5 days in Ferguson, and yes some of the protests have been peaceful, the police have allowed those to go on even outside of their own police station in Ferguson. there also have been violent protests, and that is what the officers there have responding to. id say this, try haveing rocks, coins bricks and molotovs thrown at you and see how you would react. i have watched the news coverage and i must say the police that are there have shown incredible tenacity and restraint even in the most trying of circumstances. i must also say, it has been ex-cons and out of town losers that have started this trouble and a beautiful town like Ferguson is now trashed because of this, even the black community town there is angry with all the thieving and rioting, this is hurting them too, keep in mind they are residents of the town too and they need to use the same services the rest of the residents do. a group of out of control losers has destroyed what the meaning of this incident was, it was a family grieving for their dead child and it has now gone beyond that. i am sad for all law following residents there. i am also sad for this family who has had the meaning of their quest destroyed by this. i also feel this investigation will in no way shape or form be a fair one because of all the public pressuring. i found a video of a man who rips the rioters in Ferguson and he agrees with me. my thinking is we all need to change as a people and look at what is really important in our lives. here is the video of the gentleman who is the subject of this video. sir i want to shake your hand, you couldnt have said it any better.
