I have to say watching my hubby yesterday at a hearing in Ft. Myers was truly a great first time experience for me. He was going against 10 defense attorneys and he was the plaintiff attorney. I was incredibly proud of him. He presented his position to the judge and the other attorneys were able to make their statements as well. It was like a movie set for me, where he was sitting alone at one table and all the other 10 defense attorneys at another table and around the very small courtroom. He was very calm, cool and collective as he spoke and after 33 years of knowing Dan, I have a new found respect for him. I told him when we were in the elevator of the courthouse, making our way to the courtroom, I felt like a scene from My Cousin Vinny, I felt like Marisa Tomei carrying the laptop and being his assistant! Very cool indeed! After all these years he still amazes me with his incredible intelligence and coolness in being able to handle himself in these pressure type situations! Kudos to you Dan! Im proud to be your wife and anytime Assistant! :)
