I have to share a quick story...so we all know that I have been very blessed with my career path, I have worked for some amazing people and companies. I have also tried at every position to go above and beyond and excel with my knowledge and love for the bizz! With that being said...the circumstances in which I left the Credit Union were unfortunate but a blessing in disguise, the last few years I was employed there I was just that, employed. I walked around on pins and needles in fear of losing my job bc that was always the threat, I made a killer wage and wasnt ready to walk away, yet...so I tolerated the threats, the belittle meant, ect. Going to work become an ill net to me, really I would get up and cry and begged for something to happen to change the way that it was...I was always in trouble for being too friendly, spending too much time with members, ect...but yet I was the one that always had the most repeat members, highest number of loans and cross sells, not to mention members that continually sent in endearments ok props for my work and attitude, they felt like family not just a member ect...ok there is a point... So I open my email a few hours ago to one of the kindest request and acknowledgments from a prior member. She ask if she could discuss some things about mortgages, home equities, credit and if I could help lead her in the right direction as although she continues to do business at the credit union she just doesnt feel comfortable discussing such important life changing decisions with her new banker. Of course I am more than happy to help where I can. It means the world to me that so many of you that were prior members of mine have remained close and keep in touch, I miss each of you and appreciate your trust and friendship. Im humbled by the numerous ongoing request that I get from you to help guide you in your financial decisions. Makes my heart happy, that although I havent for the pst 2 years and will never be an employee of the Credit Union that so many of you trust and believe in my guidance and ask me for advice. I love my career more than anything!
