I have to share my weekend with you all! We get three of our grandchildren every other weekend so their mommy and daddy get quality time together.. This alone is wonderful! But to make it even better, my newest grandson spent the night with us Saturday night. I was up at 2:45am with him.. and we played and loved until he went back to sleep around 5:30. It was such a wonderful amazing time. The moment brought tears to my eyes several times! And then to add to the wonderful weekend, our son-in-laws went and got us a Christmas tree and the kids decorated it. Even with the branches with 4 decorations on them and the branch being pulled down.. it is the most beautiful Christmas tree ever! I am going through some very hard things in my life and some hard things we have had to tell our children.. but I must say... no matter how hard my fight is... I am so very blessed! To have them here.. eating, laughing, watching the kids decorate the tree but the best thing... Our home was filled with love. I must say thank you God for blessing me with our girls and their families. I feel so blessed! My heart is happy!!! I love you Shannon Matney, Luther Matney, Ambor Tompkins, Ricky June Tompkins... Andrea, Lily, Isaac and our newest.. baby Brett! I am so proud of you all! Thank you for your love! And yes Ambor.. I shut up and let myself be spoiled!
