I have to share these pictures and I honestly hope that they make your mouth water and make you want some. This is the best jams I have ever eaten that are homemade (with the exception of my grandmothers of course!) In many years. You know that a person who makes jams and jellies really puts LOVE, TIME, & ATTENTION TO DETAIL & MAKING IT PERFECT WHEN you see nice pieces of Apple and carrot in a jam. The first picture is a menu of the jams and barbecue sauces that this amazing talented friend of mine, Wendy Mysak, makes. The second picture is a spoonful of the Caramel Apple Jam that I got from her. You can see the apples and believe me it is so DELICIOUS! Picture 3 is the Caramel Apple Jam from the side view. Pictures 4 and 5 are a spoonful of the Carrot Cake Jam that I got from her. You can actually see the Carrot pieces all through it! Picture 6 is the side view if the jar of the Carrot Cake Jam. Everyone, if a picture is worth a thousand words, these definitely say it all! You wont find jams like these in the grocery store that is for certain. To be honest, you can eat these straight from the jar without any bread! Another friend of ours bought Mango Habanero Jam from her and he ate almost the entire jar at one time he loves it so much! I know that I wont be buying anymore store bought jams or jellies and barbecue sauces again! Wendy has us as customers for life!
