I have to share this AWESOME inspiring testimony to show this perspective of a 74 year old client who is in the middle of a 30 day commitment with us! Thanks you Jim Ellis for sharing this with me this a.m. I am 74, almost 75, had back surgery, prostate surgery and a knee replaced. I was ready for the Silver Sneakers class when my wife said no way. I now do three boot camp classes a week and two TRX. As I said the first cleanse was really hard and I said no way would I do it again. I fell in the same old trap where we Elliss have been so many times before. This time is totally different. I thought this morning I would be totally wiped out after the nine day cleanse and I was so wrong. I was looking forward to that perfect lunch and found I could only eat half. So you guys that are doing so well please pass this on to your parents. They can have a whole new lifestyle that they thought was long gone. Plus if they have Grand kids like I do, they better stay in shape to enjoy their time with them. Thanks again kids for pushing me to new heights and thank you Debbie and Gina. Your program does really work.
