I have to share this heart breaking and heart warming experience. I have had so many people come up to me commenting on the song I wrote for Keegan , Proud To Be Your Dad. An older gentleman in Myrtle Beach approachwd me in tears thanking me and trying to tell me that he raised 3 kids that were his step- children but his emotions barely let him get it out and after our final show in Sertoma, Fl, a 13 year old girl came back stage to thank me for the song, she said I can relate to the song you sang about your step-son she said I dont have a daddy.....and I dont have a mommy either, but my grandparents are raising me. Well.....I could hardley keep myself contained. I walked out to the record table, gave her the new cd and gave her a hug, wow....so emotional. A special blessing goes out to Klyns grandparents....you are special people indeed.
