I have to take a moment to update everyone on the Family of 4. Yesterday was extremely busy for me between Daycare kiddos, 2 full hours during nap on the phone between Coserv & other companies etc, & then of course my boys both had ball practice & pictures last night, but normal wife/household needs. But.... I finally got through to a supervisor yesterday with Coserv & was able to explain who Bridging the Gap is, what we do & how this family was in desperate need of some relief & that we were eager to do whatever we could to help. When I tried to make the payment of $472 to restore services, we were told the new balance was actually $1054 due to a new deposit, reconnect fee & past due balances on the account. I cried. I explained the mother was terminally ill & asked what would we (any of us) do if we were terminally ill with numbered days left with our kids & we were spending those final days in a home with no power due to no money, & how the suffering would play such a role on our children. The lady (Cindy) then stated that she couldnt go home with those thoughts in her mind without helping. So she immediately restored service & is working with us on the balance!!!! GOD IS SO GOOD!!!! Keep the prayers coming!!!
