I have to wonder who does not understand the Constitution regarding the 2nd Amendment to the Bill Of Rights. The 2nd restricts the Federal Government from removing arms that could be used by the militia. The guns banned by Obama are clearly protected for civilian use. The Democrats tried this under LBJ. They wanted to punish NRA members. Obama and Holder are trying the same thing. It will not hold up the CMP arms will be allowed. The Left just loves the power to punish anyone who disagrees. Remember it was the Socialist who invented concentration camps
