I have to write this ...........I have been taking ACE for about 7 months and have 45 lbs. I could have lost more by exercising, watching what I ate but I wanted to lose slowly and without being on a diet. I eat smaller portions only because I am just not hungry. I am going to join YMCA to get in pool but just to tone up some of me. Nothing drastic since I am 59 yr young. My Drs. have read the label and find nothing wrong with it and my other meds. And I have also found if you lose slower you are less likely to gain it back plus some. Just wanted to share this with all of my FB friends.
