I have tried for the past 15 years to lose weight, among those things I have tried are, joining a gym, running, couch to 5 k, walking, buying a bike, several home benches and gyms, dumbbells, protein powders, inside bike, yoga, lifting weights,zumba, p90x, body for life, exercise books, whole food cookbooks, body for life cookbooks, biggest loser books, hip hop abs, jillian michael dvds, tae bo, Nintendo wii games, joining groups, creating groups, weight loss competitions at work, online, and for money, exercise shoes, clothes, healthy food, inline skates, and a pull up bar. I guess the only two things i havnt tried are the shake weight and being consistent and not eating crap. Which one should I try, hmmmmm.
