I have two jobs.. one that I absolutely love, and one that I like. The job that I absolutely love, job #1, is being a mom. Someone once told me that a mom performs 50+ jobs a day, and a lot of times 10-20 of those are done by 8am. So far this morning I have taken the dog for a 2 mile run/walk (saw the lunar eclipse.. beautiful), unloaded the dishwasher, folded laundry, got dinner started in the crockpot (yummy beef stew), packed breakfast, bottles, and snacks for the boys, changed a diaper, got the boys dressed and ready for the day, helped brush teeth, helped tie shoes... all while I got myself ready, enjoyed a cup of coffee, and caught up on the news (thanks today show). I am not posting this to complain or brag, but instead to rejoice. To thank God for blessing me with the opportunity to do job #1, the job I love so much, to be a mom each and everyday. Now its off to job #2 :) #momsrock #dadsrocktoo #happywednesday
