I have wanted to share this with you all for a while and wasnt sure how to introduce this video and tie it to what we do as a part of Team RWB. This week, with the death of Robin Williams, many conversations have been flying around on Facebook about depression, PTSD, and what can/should be done. Im not an expert but heres what I have learned and what I would like to share with you all. We all have the power to make a difference. We all can so something. And it is so simple that anyone can do it and it doesnt cost anything or really require any effort. Ready for it? .....Just be nice to someone! I know it sounds a little cheesy, right? But you never know when your seemingly meaningless act of kindness can have a huge impact on someones life. We can all make a difference in someones life! Have you had an impact on someones life? Take the next step....Reach out to a veteran, invite them to a function and welcome them when they show up, talk to them and get to know something about them, smile, shake their hand, cheer for them at an event.
